Scope of Work are as follows:
- Pre planning - layouts, deployment plans, counts and processes.
- Personnel planning and deployment of guards, bouncers, supervisors & team safety makers.
- Ensure that all emergency exits are clearly marked, unobstructed, and easily accessible.
- Vendor identification, closure & equipment planning.
